This smoothie is perfect for when you’re on the go. Filled with antioxidants from the berries, protein and fiber – it’s a great nutrient filled snack.

Place the following in the blender and blend until smooth.


Handful of Blueberries

Handful of chopped Strawberries

A splash of almond milk

1 tbs of chia seeds

1 tbs of lindseeds (flaxseeds)

A sprinkle of psyllium

1 tsp of vanilla powder

1 cup of ice

1-2 scoops of whey isolate

Sprinkle balance whey
