How do you get your greens? As you can tell we are big fans of a smoothie and this is one of our favourites. Filled with vitamins and minerals, this smoothie is a fantastic way to get in your daily serve of leafy greens and vitamin K! Add to this the electrolytes and good fats from the coconut water, chia seeds and avocado plus the protein and you’ve got yourself a complete meal all in a quick and easy smoothie!
– Coconut water – a Splash
– Frozen Banana – ½ large banana
– 1 handful of Spinach
– 1 to 2 tablespoons of chia seeds
– 1 to 2 scoops of Planet Protein (we love Sun Warrior)
– 1 cup of ice
– 1/4 of an Avocado
– 1/2 cup (around 55g) of Oats
Place everything in the blender and blend until combined. Top with Coconut Flakes to serve.
Tip: we recommend putting wet ingredients in first as this will blend more easily.
