PEANUT BUTTER & BANANA SMOOTHIE

This peanut butter and banana smoothie is like a breakfast, dessert and full meal all in one. It’s packed with goodness and it tastes fantastic. What more could you want!

INGREDIENTS
– 1 large banana
– 2 tbs of flax seeds (also known as Linseed)
– 2 tbs of organic peanut butter
– Handful of ice
– 150ml unsweetened almond milk
– 2 scoops vanilla whey protein

METHOD
Place everything in the blender and blend until combined.

Tip: we recommend putting wet ingredients in first as this will blend more easily.
