QUICK CORE WORKOUT: ANYWHERE, ANYTIME

Quick Core Focusing on your core is important because it’s the foundation for your strength. Here’s our quick core routine that you can do anywhere, anytime. The Importance of Breathing When performing abdominal exercise breathing is really important. The key is to inhale on the eccentric phrase of the exercise and exhale on the concentric phrase. Instruction Perform each exercise for 30 seconds and repeat the circuit 2-3 times depending on difficulty.

Quick Core 

Straight leg reach ups (30 seconds)

Lie on the ground with your legs straight up. Then reach your hands up to your feet.

Side plank speed drill (30 seconds)

Lay on your side in a side plank resting on your elbow. Bring your top knee up to your chest.

Diamond crushes (30 seconds)

Lie on your back with your legs apart but feet together (frog style). Then reach your hands to your feet.

Side Plank Speed drill (30 seconds)

Lay on side a side plank resting on your elbow. Bring your top knee up to your chest.

Leg lower (30 seconds)

Lie with your legs straight up and lower one leg at a time. As far as you can go without lifting your back off the floor.

Spiderman mountain climbers (30 seconds)

Start in push up position raise your right leg out to the right side of your body then back to your feet and then repeat with the left.
