NUT SO BAD SMOOTHIE

Great breakfast smoothie with everything you need to get you through to lunch- peanut butter, almonds, almond milk for good fats, the espresso starts your metabolism, the cinnamon levels your bloody sugar and banana and dates are your good sugars. It’s packed with goodness and it tastes fantastic. What more could you want!

INGREDIENTS
– Almond Milk
– 2 or 1 dates (optional)
– 2 handfuls of almonds
– Espresso shot
– Sprinkle of cinnamon
– 1 to 2 tablespoons of peanut butter
– A pinch of sea salt
– ½ a large frozen banana
– 1 to 2 scoops of whey protein
– 1 to 2 cups of Ice for thickness

METHOD
Place everything in the blender and blend until combined.

Tip: we recommend putting wet ingredients in first as this will blend more easily.
