How do you get your greens? As you can tell we are big fans of a smoothie and this is one of our favourites. Filled with vitamins & minerals, this smoothie is a fantastic way to get in your daily serve of leafy greens!
This peanut butter and banana smoothie is like a breakfast, dessert and full meal all in one. It's packed with goodness and it tastes fantastic. What more could you want!
- 1 large banana
- 2 tbs of flax seeds (also known as Linseed)
- 2 tbs of organic peanut butter
- Handful of ice
- 150ml unsweetened almond milk
This recipe is super easy and delicious. Even better, it's fairly mess free as everything is cooked on the one tray. This will be a hit whether it's a regular on your weekly menu or saved for a special occasion.
